In vielen Fällen greifen betroffene Personen zu Abführmitteln. Eine einmalige Anwendung ist in Ordnung, kann aber bei vermehrter Nutzung zu gegenteiligen Resultaten führen.

Was kann man bei Verstopfung tun?
