And it does so so quickly that you can practically watch the grass grow – for a flawless lawn, the gardener will probably have to reach for the lawnmower several times a month. Whether an electric or gasoline-powered lawnmower or even a ride-on mower is used to help is actually irrelevant, the main thing is that the lawn is trimmed. Less pleasant is the fact that mowing happens so frequently that there is hardly any time left for other things – emptying the collection container is also usually annoying and can also lead to back problems. Robot mowers for a beautiful lawn
Already on the market for some time, but still smiled at by many as a fun toy, the Robotic lawnmower is gladly recommended by specialist retailers. It works autonomously and moves independently on the lawn area to be worked on. At the same time, thanks to sensors, it skillfully avoids obstacles such as bushes, trees, flower pots, garden furniture, or curious dogs and mows only the lawn. However, so that it does not go astray, a small boundary wire must be laid at the edges of the lawn before using this device. Once the robot mower is ready for use, mowing can begin immediately.
The robot mower now orients itself during mowing by the boundary wire and the once-set north direction. For any layperson, the way it mows will appear chaotic and disadvantageous, as the robot mower does not mow the lawn in lanes as we are used to, but wanders criss-cross over the lawn. The result remains the same in the end and is impeccable. The numerous small blades cut all blades of grass down to the grass roots.
