Down jackets are wonderful in winter because they keep you cuddly warm. Every now and then, however, the jacket gets dirty and should be washed. After washing, there is often a shock: the jacket is often collapsed and very thin. But we have a tip on how to make the jacket look like it did before:
Washing a down jacket
If the care label allows washing, simply wash the jacket at a low temperature in the Washing machine wash.
Drying a down jacket
At Air drying the jacket should be loosened every 2-3 hours.
With a tumble dryer, simply put a Tennis ball into the drum, this makes the jacket particularly fluffy. This breaks up the sticking down and the jacket becomes nice and airy again.
