How high is the calorie expenditure for sports and other activities? That, of course, also depends on individual factors such as one's body weight, training condition and intensity and therefore varies from case to case. However, orienting oneself to average estimates can help to lose weight in a targeted and effective way. Because physiologically it is a proven fact that whoever burns more calories than they consume loses weight.
