A Recipe for Tiramisu with raspberries, which tastes good to both children and adults and provides a nice change from traditional tiramisu, can be found below.
Tiramisù or Tirami su (Italian for "pick me up!") is a very popular dessert that originated in the Veneto region. Tiramisu is known for its alternating layers of ladyfingers and a rich cream made from mascarpone, egg yolk, and egg white. The raspberry tiramisu is perfect for children, as it contains neither alcohol nor coffee. Since tiramisu does not keep for long due to the use of raw eggs, it should be consumed quickly. As a rule, it can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Tiramisu with raspberries for children
Ingredients:
- 300g curd cheese/quark
- 500g mascarpone
- 20g vanilla sugar
- 300ml whipping cream
- 1kg fresh or frozen raspberries
- 50g powdered sugar
- 250g ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder
Preparation:
The quark is mixed with the mascarpone and vanilla sugar in a bowl and stirred until smooth. Then the whipping cream is whipped until stiff and folded into the mascarpone cream and chilled.
Now the fresh raspberries can be washed or the frozen raspberries thawed. Dust the berries with the powdered sugar and finely puree half of the raspberries. Stir the other half of the raspberries into the mascarpone cream. Start the first layer in the casserole dish with ladyfingers, which are then topped with half of the pureed raspberry mixture. Next, add the mascarpone cream on top of the raspberry mixture. Repeat this procedure and finally store in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Before serving, decorate the tiramisu with cocoa powder and serve immediately.

Sounds delicious and is definitely a good alternative to the alcoholic version.
