Many parents know the problem: Fruit – especially in its raw form – is sometimes not well received by children at all. Nevertheless, children should receive a portion of fruit at least once a day. The many vitamins and dietary fibers are good for the immune system and also for digestion. So what can you do to make fruit tasty for the little ones?

Of course, you can arrange the fruit nicely: cut apples into crocodiles with the help of a kitchen knife, conjure up a snake with blueberries stuck into bananas, or mix the fruit into a vitamin cocktail.

Fruit smoothie for children made easy

You will need for a fruit cocktail:

  • 1 orange
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 ice cubes
  • 2 baby bananas
  • 2 glasses of banana juice
  • 1 blender

Instructions:

Put the ice cubes into the blender and process into crushed ice. Then halve the lemon and orange and add the squeezed juice to the ice cubes. Now peel the kiwis and baby bananas and add them to the juice. Finally, top up with the banana juice, mix again and serve in a glass (perhaps with a colorful straw).

Tip: this fruit smoothie doesn't just taste good to children ?
