Working independently and planning on your own when to complete your hours is the perfect job model for housewives and mothers. Ideally, of course, there would be a company that treats women equally in their jobs, but still allows for the reconciliation of family and career.
This also includes the possibility of working spontaneously from home, as well as announcing one's vacation at short notice. However, this can rarely be reconciled with economic interests, and thus women are constantly on the lookout for suitable models.
Freelancer – the perfect job model
An alternative that many are very satisfied with is working as a freelancer. You can carry out this activity either on a self-employed basis or work for various companies on sub-projects. No job is completely stress-free, but at least with good planning, you can prevent your own life from falling apart and perhaps even prevent childcare from suffering as a result. There are some popular dream jobs for women, such as jobs as a nurse or those in the media sector, where fixed working hours are prescribed and peak times occur frequently. This cannot be compared with such pressure.
Reconciling with childcare
If the offspring are currently in kindergarten or already at school, you can dedicate yourself to your work in peace. You save yourself the commute to work and only have to go to the office occasionally for meetings. If a child unexpectedly gets sick, it is not necessary to hire a babysitter immediately. You can stay at home without any problems and work off the workload on another day instead. Many working mothers do not want to hire a domestic helper and want to do everything themselves. If you are employed in part-time jobs, that should still be manageable. However, anyone who holds a full-time position should get help if possible.
