The company "Marchfeldhaus" supports affordable housing in rural regions by building various single-family homes. In the Marchfeld region of Lower Austria, east of Vienna, the company is currently working on the Lassee project. In the cozy little market town, five detached single-family homes are being built in the summer of 2016. Construction begins after the fourth reservation.
The houses in Lassee are available in two different floor plan variants. Type 1 offers around 136 square meters of living space spread over four or five rooms on the ground and upper floors. The built-up area of the plot is 83 square meters. The garden is up to 236 square meters in size. Type 2 offers 106 square meters of living space spread over three rooms on the ground and upper floors. The built-up area of 61 square meters leaves room for a garden of around 308 square meters.
Energy-efficient living in Lassee
The houses from Marchfeldhaus include high-quality equipment that takes all the needs of future residents into account. This includes modern thermal insulation, an air-source heat pump with underfloor heating, and efficient energy use. Outside, there are two parking spaces, a terrace, a fence in the back of the garden, and paved paths.
Normally, Marchfeldhaus hands over the single-family homes in a "ready-to-finish" state (belagsfertig). A turnkey handover is possible for an additional charge. The outdoor facilities are included in the fixed price. The state of Lower Austria also promotes energy efficiency.
With the municipality of Lassee, families choose a pleasantly quiet, rural place with around 2,700 inhabitants, which is ideal for children to grow up in. With its location east of Vienna, Lassee is not far from big-city life. The houses from Marchfeldhaus are detached and offer enough space for the whole family.
