Drizzling with Cellulite almost every woman has to struggle with. However, this realization does not necessarily have anything to do with being overweight. The unsightly dimples simply stop at no woman and are sometimes genetically determined. In summer, however, hardly any female being wants to be seen in public with orange peel skin. Especially during swimsuit and bikini season, women want to shine – but not with slack connective tissue.

What exactly is cellulite?

Cellulite is primarily found on the thighs, buttocks, and sometimes on the abdomen. This is caused by an accumulation of metabolic waste in the tissue. All waste products that the body can no longer use and excrete accumulate in the usual places. Mostly, animal proteins such as meat, sausage, fish, eggs, and dairy products are among the culprits, but medication residues, toxic toxins, environmental poisons, and, of course, sugar are also offenders.

What can I do to fight cellulite?

Of course, you can change your diet and live a generally healthier life. Nevertheless, the unsightly dimples will not disappear overnight. This requires physical effort. In drugstores, you can find a variety of anti-cellulite products that all promise one thing: to put an end to cellulite.

But you can also make your own little anti-cellulite care for less money. For this care series, you only need a few aids that we actually all find in the household:

Home remedies for cellulite

If you want to try home remedies first, try the following tips:

Coffee grounds against cellulite

Not throwing the morning coffee filter or coffee pod into the organic waste, but simply keeping it, is the first step to anti-cellulite care. These coffee grounds are excellent for female skin. Simply rub it on your thighs, stomach, or arms and massage it in with circular movements.

Salt or sugar for an anti-cellulite scrub

If you feel uncomfortable with the coffee grounds tip or don't drink coffee at all, you can also use sugar or sea salt. Now, these materials are not simply applied to the skin, but mixed with some shower gel. This increases lubricity and represents a super Body scrub . Now simply rub the skin with the salt or sugar scrub and thus stimulate blood circulation as best as possible. Why? Due to the increased blood circulation, the waste products are helped along and transported out of the body faster. Then rinse off the homemade body scrub thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Ice cubes against cellulite

If, on the other hand, you always have ice cubes in the house and don't want to deal with scrubs, you can try this variant: simply take an ice cube in your hand and massage the skin areas sufficiently with it. Admittedly: this method takes some getting used to, but here too, blood circulation is stimulated and the connective tissue is tightened.

How can you prevent cellulite?

Actually, no woman is immune to cellulite, so it is not wrong to also deal with the topic of cellulite and connective tissue. To do something good for your body, you basically don't have to do much: a balanced, healthy diet and less fat are initially the key to success.

But also drinking plenty of fluids (at least 2 liters per day), to Sports like jogging, swimming, or cycling and massages as well as alternating baths can work small miracles. In addition, you should provide your skin with sufficient moisture. The Body lotion not only cares for the skin, the massage is also good for the body.
