It's annoying when you scratch the floor with the ladder during renovation work. To prevent this, here is a simple tip:

Shopping list

(old) cloths (e.g. tea towels, hand towels)
Adhesive tape

Instructions

To ensure the floor doesn't get completely scratched by a ladder, you should cover the ends. Take 4 pieces of fabric (we used old tea towels), fold them into a square, place the foot of the ladder in the middle, hold the fabric ends upwards, and wrap the cloth with adhesive tape or masking tape (which is easier to remove). This way, you can move the ladder around wonderfully without leaving any scratches.
