Stuffed Tomatoes

Don't have enough bowls for all the sauces for the party? Or would you like to serve dips in an original way? Here are a few ideas:

Decorative bowls made of fruit and vegetables for a party

Bell peppers

Stuffed bell peppers

Bell peppers are excellent as containers for treats: Cut off the top end with the stem, remove the seeds and ribs from the pepper, and fill with dips, sauces, or salads, for example. Or even bake with cheese – delicious!

Mushrooms

Admittedly, it's a bit of a gimmick, but mushrooms can also be filled. To do this, remove the stem and add the filling. They taste very good baked!

Tomatoes

Tomatoes are very good containers that can even be eaten at the end: cut off the top end, hollow out with a spoon, and fill with dips, sauces, or salads, for example.

Extra tip:Keep the 'lid' of the tomato, close it with the lid after filling, and add small dots of mayonnaise on top.

Eggs

Remove the yolk from the hard-boiled eggs and fill as desired.

Oranges

Orange

Orange peel cups are well suited for savory or sweet desserts, or sweet and sour spreads.

Melons

Halve the melon and hollow it out. You can fill it with fruit salad or even pour drinks like punch into it. It even stays fresh and cool longer than in normal bowls!
