Most children love role-playing games, and shopping in particular is very interesting. What could be more obvious than buying or making a play shop for the children? Of course, lots of accessories are also needed so that the little shopkeepers can busily get to work. Unfortunately, much of it is made from empty cardboard and breaks quite quickly, especially if there are younger siblings living in the household. I got a very useful tip from a good friend and tried it out right away:
Stuff paper boxes
Shopping list:
- Clear adhesive tape
- Waste paper
Stuff the individual boxes well with waste paper and seal them up nicely. Then cover everything with the adhesive tape. Admittedly, it is a bit of a fiddly job, but the boxes really hold up extremely well.
