AvoidingOrganize household better is something you should do especially when time is tight. This is the case when you are working, a mother of one or more children, or otherwise engaged. Regardless of this, well-organized housework is a relief for the housewife herself, because every woman knows how to make use of free time. A well-organized household is usually found among women who also pursue their own careers.

They manage the business of household and family differently and, especially at a young age, can still make good use of one or two household tips. A full-time working woman comes home after eight hours of work and then finds a large pile of laundry that needs to be washed or ironed. Cooking is also one of the tasks that still needs to be done in the evening. Anyone who doesn't tidy up in the morning also has to take care of that. This leaves the weekend, which is actually supposed to serve as recovery from the work week, for housework.

Small tips to organize the household better

If you can afford to outsource work and, for example, take the laundry away to be ironed, you have a big advantage. Laundry care is a big topic in everyday life and the larger the family, the larger the pile of laundry. With a few household tips, you can organize the household better and keep this pile of laundry small:

  • Pre-sort laundry by color and washing temperature, i.e. indirectly also by fabric type
  • Preferably wash smaller portions (only half-fill the machine) so that the laundry does not come out of the machine too wrinkled
  • Put in the tumble dryer in smaller quantities (at most half the capacity), as it then comes out half-ironed
  • Pull into shape well on the clothesline, hang on hangers
  • Dry shirts and blouses on hangers while very damp with a reduced spin speed
  • Do not iron everything, for example no kitchen towels, underwear, jogging clothes, etc.

Bed linen today often consists of microfibers or jersey; this does not need to be ironed. Cotton, beaver, or linen bed linen can also be put through a rotary iron. Bed sheets do not need to be ironed. Anyone who does not wash unnecessarily saves a lot of energy such as electricity and water in addition to work.

If everyone helps, it goes faster

Perfectionism costs energy, time, and money. Free time and relaxation should be placed above a perfect household. Helping family members are welcome, a window cleaner as well. When cooking, you can cook ahead for the next day, or cook a double portion right away and freeze it. With good stock keeping, the annoying daily shopping becomes unnecessary.

A magic word can also be delegate, no housewife has to be responsible for everything alone.
