Kittens are so cute, but if they don't find the litter box in time, the smell is anything but cute. Here we have a tip on how you can quickly remove such a mishap by your pet:
Remove cat urine from the carpet
Immediately soak up as much moisture as possible with a cloth. Then treat the area with a mixture of lemon or vinegar and warm soapy water. Wipe it up repeatedly, then pour mineral water over it and wipe it up again.
To dry, place a towel over the area and weigh it down with, for example, books wrapped in plastic. Once the stain is dry, rub over it with a cloth sprinkled with ammonia. This removes the unpleasant odor and prevents the cat from doing it again in the exact same spot.
