Removing a plaster can sometimes be quite unpleasant. Especially with children, you want to make this procedure as gentle and quick as possible. Larger plasters, very hairy skin, and of course sensitive children's skin seem to be the problem. But with a few tricks, you can get even the stickiest plasters off the skin.
Remove plasters painlessly!
Cooking oil
To make peeling off plaster not quite as painful, you should drizzle it with a little woolen cloth . After it has soaked in a bit, the plaster can be easily removed.
The oil (cooking oil or Baby oil are ideal) blocks the function of the adhesive with the skin. After just a short exposure time, the plaster can be peeled off the skin with ease.
Body disinfectant
Body disinfectant is also helpful. Simply add a few drops or a spray from the spray bottle onto the plaster, and here too, relief can be felt after a few moments.
Ice cubes
Is there no oil or similar at hand? An ice cube can also be useful. The skin is slightly numbed by the cold, the area is no longer as sensitive to pain, and the plaster can thus be removed more easily.
