Especially when baking, there is often some egg white left over. If you don't need it, but don't want to throw it away, you should freeze it:
Freezing egg whites
Place the egg white in a well-sealed plastic container and freeze it in the freezer. It will keep for up to 1 year. 2 tsp full corresponds to one egg white in recipes.
Extra tip:To prevent the egg white from curdling after thawing, add a little salt and sugar before freezing.
