Children's games are a must at a children's party. The game “Musical Chairs” is a classic for a children's party and is sure to be played with joy. It requires no major preparation and not many accessories.
Games for Children's Parties – Musical Chairs
What you’ll need:
- Chairs in the same number as the children
- Music
- Music player
Instructions:
2 rows of chairs are set up, with the chairs back to back, so that you can walk around them nicely in a circle. The number of chairs depends on the number of children, with 1 fewer chair being set up. (So, for example, if there are 8 children, then only 7 chairs are set up).
Then the music starts playing and the children have to walk around the chairs in a circle. As soon as the music stops, everyone has to sit down on a chair as quickly as possible. Whoever has not found a seat is eliminated. For the next round, one fewer chair is set up again, and so on. The child who manages to get a seat last wins.
