- 2 eggs
- 3-4 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 250 ml buttermilk
- Parsley
- Salt
- 150 g salami

The spelt flour is mixed with the wheat flour and the baking powder is then folded in. Now add the eggs, the finely chopped parsley, the oil, as well as the buttermilk and the salt. Everything is mixed well together so that a smooth dough is formed.- Finally, the diced salami and the shredded cheese are folded in.
- The dough is placed into a greased muffin tin sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Here, you should ensure that the individual muffin cups are filled about halfway or at most three-quarters full. In the oven, the spelt muffins with salami arebaked at 180°C top and bottom heat for approximately 20-25 minutes. Afterwards, let the muffins cool down briefly before removing them from the baking tin.
Tomatoes, cucumbers, or cream cheese go best with the spelt muffins.
