After a strenuous day, it can happen that your feet are swollen and burning. You can find relief here with the home remedy vinegar, as it has a decongestant effect.
Home remedy – Treating swollen feet with vinegar
For this, you need a tub where your feet have plenty of room. Fill it ankle-deep with warm water and add 2-4 cups of apple cider vinegar, depending on the amount of water. Now wade back and forth in the water a little until you can feel a clear relaxation of your feet.
Afterwards, do not dry your feet, but just wipe off the water and let them air dry. If that gets too cold, you can also slip into warm cotton socks.
Anyone who constantly suffers from swollen feet should then take the foot bath in the morning and evening.
Extra tip: If you only have a little time in the evening, you can also just put your feet up and rub them with apple cider vinegar.
