Sore throats often occur with colds and are very unpleasant. To alleviate them a little, you can use vinegar and honey.
Home remedies – Apple cider vinegar & honey for sore throats and hoarseness
Syrup
To do this, mix 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1/4 cup of honey and swallow a teaspoon of it every 3-4 hours. This mixture has an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and expectorant effect.
Gargle water
You can also try to alleviate your sore throat by gargling with apple cider vinegar. To do this, stir 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar into a glass of warm water. Take a mouthful of it and gargle a little, then spit it all out. Then take another sip and swallow it so that all areas are really wetted. Repeat this process every hour. When the sore throat is no longer as severe, every 2-3 hours is sufficient.
By the way, gargling also helps with hoarseness.
