Especially in summer, people like to work with fruits and fruity creams when baking. Those who still use gelatin here can sometimes be a little disappointed, as it does not stay firm. We have a household tip here on how gelatin stays firm even in hot temperatures:

Apple cider vinegar for gelatin

Even when there is sweltering heat in summer, if you add 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar to the gelatin, it will still remain firm.

No lumps from the gelatin

Gelatin does not tolerate large temperature differences. Therefore, be careful when heating and dissolving the gelatin; always let it cool down to room temperature. If you add it to a cold cream while it is still hot, lumps may form.
