It is best to inflate the balloons before the wedding begins. Each dancing couple receives a balloon that must be balanced between their heads. As soon as the music starts, the dancers must keep the balloon between their heads. If a couple loses the balloon, they are eliminated.
You can also come up with prizes for the winner (a dance or a drink with the bride or the groom, etc.).
