If you don't want to use chemicals, you should try Rhubarb or Lemon juice. The affected area is soaked in it for some time. Then place the garment in the Sun so that the stain fades nicely.

Hot milk

If delicate fabrics are affected, soak them in hot Milk and then wash them out with warm soapy water.
