Almost everyone is familiar with this problem – hairbrushes and combs quickly become dirty and unsightly through daily use. This is, of course, because dandruff, skin particles, hairspray, and hair gel quickly build up on them. But brushing freshly washed hair with these hairbrushes or combs now seems unhygienic. However, good advice does not necessarily have to be expensive. Here we have tips on how to quickly clean combs and brushes again:
Cleaning combs and brushes
To clean the hairbrushes and combs again, it is of course necessary to first remove the hair from the tools. Then there are the following options:
Shampoo
Afterwards, you can place the brushes and combs in warm water with a little shampoo added. The shampoo easily removes even stubborn dirt residues. After soaking for about 15 minutes, simply rinse the hairbrushes under hot running water and finally let them dry.
Shaving foam
A good tip is shaving foam: After the annoying hair has been removed from the comb or brush, simply lightly cover the hair utensil with shaving foam and let it work, rinse it off, and the combs will look like new again.
