In a household, many manuals and invoices can accumulate over time. These should be kept for a while in case of complaints or warranty claims. But how can you store them in a space-saving way and, above all, make them easy to find?
Keeping invoices
Invoices for household appliances or repairs should be kept, primarily for warranty or complaint purposes. It is best to file invoices in a dedicated folder. You can structure this folder very well using dividers, for example by date or by item (heating, kitchen, etc.).
Keeping manuals
When a new appliance is purchased for the household, a manual is usually included. These are often somewhat impractical to file in folders. A nice large box is recommended here, where you can put the manuals. Don't forget to label them clearly.
With these systems, you always have the right invoice or manual at hand and don't have to search the whole house first.
