Threading a needle is not always an easy task. Proven helpers are not always at hand either. Here are a few tips to help you succeed faster:
Thread goes through the needle eye more easily
Good scissors
It is important to always cut the thread with good scissors so that it does not fray.
Hairspray
Furthermore, you can make the end of the thread firmer by spraying the end with hairspray. To do this, place the thread on a piece of newspaper and spray the end slightly; this makes it firmer and easier to thread through the needle eye.
Lighter
Synthetic threads can also be briefly heated with a lighter so that the thread melts slightly and the end sticks together.
