We got to know and appreciate Katrina Lima at the elementary school in Gänserndorf. Our children voluntarily attended her courses after elementary school and we (and the children too) were thrilled. She is a native of Chicago, USA, and has settled here in the Gänserndorf district. She regularly offers courses in the elementary schools in Gänserndorf; upon request, she also offers tutoring or intensive courses in English.
Personal experience: We are very enthusiastic and I can warmly recommend Katrina Lima – especially before the transition to the Gymnasium, it helps a lot if the children can 'get to know' English with her beforehand and talk a lot. Our children had the voluntary English subject in elementary school with Katrina and we have already booked several holiday courses for the children with her. In my opinion, it helps the children a lot. Ours have always found English easy so far.
I can really highly recommend Katrina, she makes the courses really great, our children are enthusiastic and like going, it has now become a fixed point in the holidays!

Learning coach, psychological counselor in Gänserndorf – Mag. Verena Fellner
Lack of learning technique, wrong learning method, poor concentration, test anxiety, attention deficits, partial performance weaknesses (reading, writing, and/or arithmetic weakness), etc., are just a few points why sometimes 'just' tutoring simply doesn't bear fruit. This is where learning coaching comes into play: Within a short time (6 to 10 appointments are recommended), help can be provided quickly and efficiently across all school subjects, which is reflected in grade improvement, increased performance, improved concentration, and increased learning motivation, among other things.
Learning coaching determines how one should learn: learning type determination, development of individually tailored learning methods, establishment of new learning strategies as well as strategies in the area of time and self-management). Furthermore, negative experiences regarding school and learning are also processed. The goal is for students to approach learning with motivation and full self-confidence again and for their grades to improve.

Personal experience: I used her services for my daughter because my daughter makes a lot of spelling mistakes that are sometimes incomprehensible. She writes a word wrong one time and right the next. My daughter was very nervous, but Verena took away all her fears and did great exercises with her that my daughter even enjoyed. We received a lot of information and homework tips.
Additionally: I have known Verena since I was a teenager (so only a few years ago), worked with her in the elementary school parents' association, and have already attended several info courses of hers, where I received valuable tips regarding 'learning correctly'.
I can warmly recommend Verena, it is really worth it!! She is very good with children and explains things empathetically and professionally.
