You are now in the 16th week of pregnancy, your child is now about 13 weeks old and its tiny body is growing at a rapid speed. The legs are getting bigger, the bones are beginning to harden, and the little baby's muscles are also getting stronger. Boy or girl?

During the first months of development, however, the sex is only visible with special equipment or examinations and the willingness of your child. Already in the fourth month, there are around five million eggs, which must last for a whole human life.
In men, on the other hand, new sperm are tirelessly formed again and again until old age.
Expectant parents today have several options to find out the sex of their child before birth: amniocentesis, ultrasound images, or chorionic villus sampling – genetic testing for chromosome determination – can provide answers. However, there will only be 100 percent certainty when you hold your child in your own arms.
