For Easter, I wanted to make a small money gift and not just simply put it in the Easter bag. I found instructions online for little rabbits made from banknotes and tried them out right away; I think they look cute.

Folding banknotes into Easter bunnies

What you’ll need:

  •  1 banknote

Instructions:

First fold the banknote in half lengthwise once

Then fold it in half lengthwise once again

Turn the banknote and fold the lower corner into a triangle from left to right

then fold it into a triangle from right to left

At the front, fold the whole thing so that it becomes a triangle

and fold it together into a triangular point

Then fold the lower part up toward the point

and fold it in two halves

Now you can already recognize the rabbit's ears

Fold the ears together at the top

Now come the hind legs; to do this, lay the rabbit down and fold in the bottom once

And once more

unfold it again and now fold the bottom inward so that you get two hind legs

fold inward on both sides

Also fold the legs at the front by folding the front part inward

The rabbit's legs are finished

And one more picture of the finished Easter bunny money gift

The little Easter bunnies made from banknotes are finished
