The paper towel holder comes in high-quality packaging. In addition to the paper towel holder, it contained two 3M tapes and a screw set for installation, as well as a nice thank-you card.
Installation
The paper towel holder can be installed either with the included screws and wall plugs or with the 3M tape. I opted for the simple and convenient adhesive installation. Simply clean the surface to which the holder will be attached with a dry cloth, use the included 3M tape, and voilà – the holder really is rock solid.
One-handed operation thanks to practical roll-off brake
The roll-off brake is certainly the highlight of this product. It is intended to make it possible to tear off sheets with just one hand without the whole roll continuing to unwind.
Of course, I tested this for you and also uploaded a video about it. I have actually already encountered several different designs and variants of roll holders, but they always required two hands. The principle behind it is actually very simple:
The roll-off brake presses from the inside against the cardboard tube of the paper towel roll, creating resistance. It is just strong enough that I can tear off one or more sheets with one hand.
Elegant design meets high-quality materials
The roll holder is available in stylish silver and black and, thanks to its modern and minimalist design, fits very well in any kitchen, in my opinion.
