This year I wanted to give something other than a St. Nicholas bag and browsed the internet. During my research, a small present caught my eye where you have to do a little crafting, but it looks soooo cute and original. Namely, a St. Nicholas sleigh made out of sweets. And yes, it doesn't quite fit our St. Nicholas here in Austria; it's more like the Santa Claus of the USA, but it's so original that you just have to turn a blind eye. In any case, I recreated it this year and I like it very much. I hope the children receiving it like it too. What do you think?
St. Nicholas gift – small present

What you’ll need:
- 2 candy canes
- any chocolate bars in various sizes (e.g. 1x Kitkat, 3 Kinder chocolates, 2 Mini Smarties, 1 Mannerwürfel)
- 2 candy canes
- 1 mini St. Nicholas/Santa Claus
- Tixo
- gift ribbon
- Wrapping paper
Instructions:
First, lay out the suitable sweets. I chose 1x Kitkat, 3x Kinder chocolates, 2x Mini Smarties, 1x Mannerwürfel St. Nicholas, 1 chocolate St. Nicholas and 2 candy canes. Of course, you can make it completely variable.
First, the chocolate bars except for the Mannerwürfel are wrapped nice and colorfully in the wrapping paper.
Stick a small roll of Tixo tape onto each candy cane.
Then stick the largest chocolate bar onto the 2 candy canes so that a sleigh is created.
Simply stick the other small packages onto this chocolate bar with small rolls of Tixo tape. The St. Nicholas goes at the front, in front of the candy canes, and is also attached with a small roll of Tixo tape. Wrap the whole thing with a nice gift ribbon and secure it.
I think this is a beautiful and original gift for St. Nicholas Day. Something different for once than the traditional bag.
