Baked yogurt with strawberries and berries in a glass baking dish

Today I had a craving for yogurt, but I didn't want to eat it cold. That's when I found this recipe for baked yogurt. With berries, honey, and lots of protein, it sounds super good. I enjoyed it, so here it is for you to try:

Baked Yogurt with Fruit

Ingredients:

  • 250 g yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp starch (e.g., cornstarch)
  • 250 g fruit (e.g., raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, apples, mangoes, and much more)
  • 1 tsp butter

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F) with convection.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, vanilla sugar, honey, starch, and eggs with a hand mixer. Finally, add the fruit (I used frozen strawberries and raspberries) and mix everything well. Grease a baking dish with a little butter and spread the mixture into it.

Bake in the oven at 170°C (338°F) with convection for 20 to 25 minutes.

Extra tip:If you don't want to use sugar, you can also use a vanilla bean or grated tonka bean.
