To ensure a synthetic floor (including linoleum) looks good for longer, a little care is also needed here. We have collected a few tips to make this very easy:
Care of synthetic flooring
Synthetic floors or linoleum floors are actually quite easy to keep clean. They should be vacuumed and mopped regularly. Use lukewarm water with a mild detergent for mopping. Many people wax them regularly – this can be done very easily with fabric softener. Simply add a little fabric softener to the mopping water and the floor will shine again.
Stubborn stains on linoleum
If unsightly stains have formed on the linoleum, they can be sanded off with steel wool and then polished.
Preventing pressure marks on linoleum
Always stick felt gliders to furniture to easily avoid pressure marks.
