Everyone has to deal with skin impurities at some point in their life. Whether it's during puberty or in later stages of life – pimples and blackheads often appear when we least need them. Whether it's stress, diet, climate fluctuations, or hormonal changes: the body's own sebum production can be stimulated by many factors, causing pimples to sprout significantly. But what is helpful against pimples? And are there useful home remedies?

What else helps against pimples and blackheads?

  • Tea tree oil is considered a real insider tip: thoroughly clean the skin before treatment, then put some tea tree oil on a cotton pad and dab the skin with it. Anyone unsure how their skin will react to the oil should ideally perform a test run on an inconspicuous area of skin beforehand.
  • Healing clay, which can be bought in pharmacies and drugstores, is mixed into face masks and cleanses the skin deep into the pores. Simply mix the clay with a little water or alternatively chamomile tea to form a firm paste and apply it to the face. After half an hour rinse off the mask with lukewarm water. The skin feels supple, clarified, and softer.
  • The traditional chamomile steam bath is also popular. Simply put fresh or dried chamomile (available at the pharmacy or health food store) into a large bowl and pour plenty of boiling hot water over it. Now the facial steam bath can begin: hold your face over the rising steam and ideally – as with a cold – cover your head with a kitchen towel. The vapors open the pores, clarify the complexion, and have a disinfecting effect. After the steam bath, additionally clean the skin with a facial lotion. Done.
  • Homemade Masks live up to their promise: mix two tablespoons of wheat germ oil and a little honey together, then apply the mask to cleansed skin and leave it on for 5 minutes. Then remove as usual with lukewarm water.
  • Less helpful are heavily greasy make-up. Therefore, one should avoid these or, if used, definitely remove the foundation and other make-up remnants every evening. The face should be cleaned with a mild wash lotion. Pimples and blackheads also shy away from
  • undiluted apple cider vinegar. Simply put the vinegar on a cotton pad and dab the affected areas several times a day.Honey water
  • not only makes the facial skin soft and leaves a rosy complexion, it also clears the pores. Simply dissolve a little honey in water, rub the face with the water, and let it dry slightly so that the honey can absorb into the face. Then clean the face with clear water. However, many sufferers are accused of

lack of hygiene being the cause of increased pimple and blackhead outbreaks. This is, however, a fallacy. People with pimples and blackheads usually clean their facial skin meticulously and place great importance on care. Cosmetics, medication, birth control pills, or hormonal changes are often reasons for pimples and make life difficult for those affected anyway.Important:

Do not simply scratch, squeeze, or pick at pimples and blackheads. It is best to have inflamed areas examined and treated in a beauty salon. If this effort is too great, one should

never use bare hands to squeeze pimples. There are numerous bacteria on our fingers that can worsen the inflammation of the pimples. If self-treatment is necessary, then wrap your index fingers with a cosmetic tissue and carefully work out an opening of the pore. Then clarify and clean the skin. on Fight impure skin quickly and easily
