Although babies put all sorts of things in their mouths relatively early on, you should keep sterilizing baby bottles. But for how long?
How long do you have to sterilize baby bottles?
Baby bottles should be sterilized until the 8th month. A baby's immune system is still very sensitive and unfortunately susceptible to infections. From the 8th month, when they usually start crawling, you can stop sterilizing. Nevertheless, you should rinse the bottles very well.
Pacifiers and teats
Pacifiers and teats should also be sterilized from time to time. Either in a vaporizer or simply by pouring boiled water over them.
