This question occupied me a lot from the very beginning. Because feeding is very important, and the little ones make that known quite loudly. The best thing is, of course, if you can organize a second person to help with the bottles. But that is not always possible. That's why here are a few tips on how I solved this with my twins:
Feeding twins alone
Nursing pillow
At the beginning, when they are still very small and you don't have any help, you can arrange the nursing pillow in a U-shape and lay both of them down on the right and left, semi-upright. This way, you can sit nicely in between and hand them their bottles.
Baby bouncer
As soon as the twins became more active, I always put them in the bouncer for feeding. One on the right and one on the left, because that way you can also rest your arm a little, as you wouldn't believe how long 20 minutes can feel with a bottle in your hand.
Maxi Cosi
When you are on the go and don't want to lug the bouncers around, you can also use the Maxi Cosi for feeding in an emergency. You can place the children nicely next to each other and give them their bottles. However, I only did this rarely because they sit quite cramped in the Maxi Cosi.
