Those, on the other hand, who always promote only one or two properties will be struggling with properties that cannot be sold for a wide variety of reasons. No elevator in the building, poor infrastructure, or in too great a need of renovation—there can also be some properties that simply do not meet the standard and also do not meet the wishes of the interested party and potential buyer.
