Chestnut rice - Strawberries

There are plenty of fruit yogurts on the chilled shelves, but unfortunately most products are full of sugar and artificial flavors. Prepare your yogurt yourself instead — it's much healthier:

Healthy homemade fruit yogurt

A healthy alternative is to make your fruit yogurt from unsweetened natural yogurt (preferably Greek yogurt or skyr) and fresh fruit or fruit from the freezer. It's best to leave out sugar completely; you can sweeten with honey or agave syrup. In homemade yogurt the fruit is also fresh and unprocessed and therefore still contains all the vital vitamins.

Children especially love it when they are allowed to prepare their own food. Set out yogurt, fresh fruit, oats and maybe a few chocolate sprinkles on the table so that each child can prepare their own yogurt. The yogurt can be sweetened with a little agave syrup or honey. You'll see how quickly the children eat their yogurt.
