Circulatory disorders can be dangerous, as they are often warning signs of a heart attack or stroke. In any case, you should see a doctor if you are affected. However, there are some home remedies that can relieve the symptoms or prevent them from developing in the first place.
First Aid for Circulatory Disorders
No Smoking
Stop smoking; it further narrows the blood vessels.
Plenty of Fluids
Drink plenty. But that does not mean alcohol :-). Drink plenty of water or tea.
Less Caffeine
Avoid caffeine or drink less coffee.
Alternating Hot and Cold Showers
Take alternating hot and cold showers in the morning; they get the circulation going.
