Anyone who is the happy owner of a dog or a cat can give their pet a curd dish with egg yolk once or twice a month with their food. This will make their coat look really beautiful again:
Shiny animal fur with quark and egg
What is needed
- 1 egg yolk
- 2-3 tbsp low-fat curd
Prepare the egg yolk with two to three tablespoons of low-fat quark and feed this quark dish to your pet. Quark and egg yolk give your animal a wonderfully shiny coat.
Please ensure that the quark is natural quark without spices or salt. You should also only give your animal low-fat quark, as fatty food often leads to diarrhea or vomiting in animals. As described, you should really only use the egg yolk, as raw egg white is unhealthy for animals.
