Especially in the morning or in summer, it can happen that you are completely tired. Here we have a tip on how you can wake up faster:

Tips against fatigue

Arm bath against fatigue

Run some water into a sink (approx. 15-20°C) and bathe your arms in it for about 1 minute.

Exercise

Exercise helps with fatigue. It is enough to take a brisk half-hour walk. This can also be done when commuting to work, perhaps by walking one stop. It is even better to find a sport and exercise regularly. A bike ride, a run through the forest, or going swimming? Look around to see what sports activities are offered nearby.

Extra tip:Exercising with like-minded people is even more fun: Ask friends or family, maybe something will come of it!

Soak up the sun

Sit in the sun for a while, during your lunch break or in the summer even after work.

Fewer carbohydrates

Carbohydrates make you tired, so just eat less bread or pasta and more vegetables, fruit, or fish.

Take breaks

Especially in our fast-paced times, people forget to take breaks and instead rush from one thing to another. Just stand up every now and then, do a few breathing exercises, let your gaze wander into the distance, and think of nothing for just about 5 minutes.

Drink plenty of water

Our body needs plenty of water, and especially at work, people often forget to drink. It is best to drink still water at regular intervals.

Lemon oil

The scent of lemon oil can help with fatigue and exhaustion. Simply heat some lemon oil in an oil burner and enjoy the vapors.

Extra tip:However, please only use fragrance oils from a health food store, as many "cheap oils" from the drugstore contain harmful substances.
