When it gets really cold in winter, hands always freeze very quickly. Gloves are a great help. Nowadays there is a huge selection of glove shapes and colors. Most people choose gloves with individual fingers, but that is not actually so good in the cold. Here we have the information on which gloves are best in cold weather:
Mittens are the best protection against the cold
In winter, when temperatures are really cold, you should prefer mittens. Even if they may seem impractical at times because, unlike conventional gloves, they do not enclose each individual finger, they still keep you the warmest and, in a serious case, offer the best protection against frostbite.
The better protection exists because in mittens, the body heat that the fingers give each other is not lost, but is additionally stored. Children in particular should wear mittens—not only because it is easier, but also because they do not get cold as easily.
