Coins - Money

The game ‘The Wandering Coin’ also gets a children's party going and brings the children a little closer together. Here are the instructions:

Games for children's parties: The Wandering Coin

The children must sit down close together in a circle. One child goes into the middle and one child gets a cent. The children put all their hands behind their backs and begin to sing:

Coin, coin, you must wander
from one place to another,
Coin, coin, you are beautiful,
you must never stand still.

Meanwhile, the cent moves in all directions; all the children pretend that they are just passing on the coin, and at a signal from the game leader (usually the mother), everyone stops and the child in the middle has to guess where the cent is at that moment. If the guess is wrong, everything starts all over again; if the child guesses where the coin is, then they swap places with the child who had the coin and can sit down in the circle.
