Remove verdigris in the garden

In the garden, you often find a green deposit on slabs. This is often referred to as verdigris, although that is not entirely correct. Verdigris is actually the deposit that can form on copper. This deposit is most similar to moss or algae and can be removed very well and quickly with a high-pressure cleaner. If you don't have a high-pressure cleaner, you can try this tip:

Removing green deposits on slabs with vinegar

What you’ll need:

  • Vinegar

Instructions:

Simply apply the vinegar to the affected areas and let it soak in, then rinse thoroughly with water. Since no chemicals are used, this method is also very environmentally friendly and well-suited for use in the garden.
