Every freshly greased Saddle is very slippery, which is uncomfortable when you get back on the horse. But here is a tip:
Caring for a horse saddle
Cleaning a horse saddle
To ensure that the tack does not become brittle or even crack, it is important to care for and clean it. Depending on usage, the leather equipment should be cleaned 2 to 4 times a year. Cleaning can be carried out with various products. Usually, soap (saddle soap) and leather foam are used for cleaning. Leather oil and leather grease are used in addition for care.
Non-slip saddle
Clean the saddle as usual, but only grease everything except the seat. You can then simply rub the seat with Nivea lotion and you will be sitting in a non-slip saddle.
