If a dog's fur is statically charged, it is very unpleasant. Here is a home remedy on how to eliminate the problem:

Baking soda

If the dog's fur is statically charged, Baking soda helps. Add this to the shampoo and wash the dog as usual.

Increase humidity

If the climate in the rooms is too dry, static charging of the dog's fur occurs more frequently. A Humidifiers can provide a remedy here. The humidity should be between 40% and 60%. If you do not want to purchase a device, you can distribute bowls of water in the rooms or set up many houseplants.

Fur brush without plastic

The right fur brush can also provide a remedy. This should be without plastic or synthetic materials. Choose brushes made of metal or those with an ionic effect instead.

Replace furniture

If the dog's fur is constantly charged, pieces of furniture may also be to blame. Natural fibers should take priority here.
