Ingredients: 800 g Mehl; 200 ml warmes Wasser; 4 EL Butter (geschmolzene); 1 EL Trockenhefe; 1 EL Backpulver; 2 TL Natron; Salz

My daughter and her friend conjured up homemade flatbreads. They tasted great and went perfectly with the cheese dip. Do you want to try it too? Here is the recipe from the two of them:

Ingredients

800 g flour
200 ml warm water
4 tbsp butter (melted)
1 tbsp dry yeast
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
Salt

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a hand mixer or food processor.
Shape the dough into flatbreads and fry in a pan (without oil!) on both sides.
