Grilling Tips and Recipes for Barbecuing

The barbecue season is open again. Whether in the park, on the patio, or in the garden, the scent of grilled meat wafts into your nose everywhere. Pre-marinated meat and sauces from a tube have long been out! Do it yourself! (Or do it herself;)). Here are a few tips for the perfect barbecue party.

Important tips for grilling

The meat when grilling

Do not use meat that is too lean as it dries out quickly; rather, choose pieces with a little fat marbling (e.g., pork neck chops). Marinate the meat yourself and use fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and garlic. These can reduce dangerous substances in grilled meat by up to 40 percent.

Side dishes for grilling

As side dishes, you can grill zucchini, bell peppers, green asparagus, mushrooms, potatoes, and onions. Potato salad, tomato salad, cucumber salad, or Greek salad also fit perfectly, of course. It is best to make the sauces yourself. This is how you can quickly and easily make a great garlic sauce yourself:
