This year, it had to be a Kinder chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday. After some research on the internet, we decided on this decoration this year. The recipe is simple and doesn't take long; the only thing is that the cake must be chilled overnight. The next day, it can be wonderfully decorated. My daughter had a lot of fun decorating, so we also decorated our son's chocolate cake this way. I can highly recommend this cake and have summarized our recipe here, as well as attached a photo of our finished cake:

If you like, you can also try a chocolate drip; that also looks very nice on this cake. (A chocolate drip is when the chocolate runs down the sides in beautiful drops). I haven't tried it yet, but it's on my list.
The cake is a real eye-catcher and tastes really good. The effort is limited and it is a must for chocolate fans. We enjoyed it very much and my daughter was in her element while decorating.
