Recipe for a pineapple-passion fruit gin and tonic

Ingredients

• 4 cl gin
• 100 ml passion fruit juice
• 50 ml pineapple juice
• 1/2 lime (juice)
• 150 ml tonic water
• 6 ice cubes
• 2 pineapple slices

Preparation

1. Put the gin with the passion fruit, lime and pineapple juice into a shaker, add ice cubes and shake vigorously.

2. Pour into two glasses and top up with the tonic.

3. Place the pineapple slice on the rim of the glass as a garnish.
